1. Before Sale Services
We will designate professional technicians to make a special design, including genset choosing and genset room designing according to the customers' actual situations when they decide to buy it, as well as the plans of power distribution and environment protection.

We promise to give you integrally professional design and technical consultation.

2. After Sale Services
After generator set is sold, you can enjoy firmly free maintenance service for one year or 1500 hours (referring to our contract). We will provide active arrive-to-your-place maintenance service at least once a month and fast malfunction solution service at any time. (We will arrive in less more than 3 hours in Guangdong province.)

3. Training
In convenient for our customers to master the correct operation, use and maintenance, we will provide face-to-face training service at least twice when the deal is finished in order to improve the worker's professional operation. We will hold a training class about Cummins genset maintenance and basic knowledge in our headquarters at least once a year, to transmit the latest product information and marketing trend for our clients.

We have abundant all kinds of parts and components of Cummins brand so as to provide the fastest services and the most competitive price to meet the clients' needs.
